The Brasserie
An informal all-day Brasserie. There are meals for all pockets and moments, from a casual lunch to a theatre supper or a special occasion. Head Chef Rufus Wickham has an impressive track record. In April 2009 he joined Kettners from Peyton & Byrne, where he ran the kitchens of The National Dining Rooms, The National Café, and Inn The Park in St. James’s. His career also includes stints as head chef at the Rick Stein backed Sam’s Brasserie in Chiswick, Kensington Place, Bibendum, La Tante Claire and the River Cafe.
Wickham’s menus draw on some retro classics of French cuisine, while introducing fresh new Mediterranean flavours and modern European dishes.
